15.3 HH | 5 Years Old | Friesian Sport Horse Mare | St. Augustine, FL

Talent, athleticism, personality, and presence — Nova has all the ingredients to be a competitive upper-level dressage partner and your best friend along the way.

If you're looking for a horse with the talent to take you up the levels, but also the personality to make every day at the barn enjoyable, this mare deserves a look.

At 15.3 hands, she is the *sports car* version of the Friesian Sport Horse — athletic, naturally balanced, intelligent, and incredibly quick to learn. She has three quality gaits, a natural aptitude for lateral work and collection, and, importantly, the ability to stretch and work correctly over her back. She combines the presence and beauty of the Friesian with the athleticism and responsiveness desired in a competitive dressage horse.

Her talent is already translating into results. At her very first schooling show, she earned **72% at Training Level and High Score of the Show!** She has also participated in clinics with a variety of respected trainers, all of whom have recognized her potential for FEI-level dressage and consistently complimented the quality of her gaits.

I've owned her since she was two and have taken a thoughtful, patient approach to her development. Between welcoming a baby of my own and allowing her the time to mature physically, she has never been rushed. The result is a confident young horse with a solid understanding of her basics who is now ready to progress quickly with the right partner.

What makes her especially rewarding is her personality. She is smart, expressive, eager to learn, and has a wonderful spark. She is never dangerous or naughty, but she is an athletic, sensitive young horse who would thrive with a confident young rider or adult who appreciates an intelligent, responsive partner.

Outside the arena, she is an absolute pleasure. She is wonderful to handle, enjoys trail riding, and confidently hacks out alone. She has been an easy keeper and has remained sound throughout my ownership.

Although I believe she has the talent to be a very competitive dressage horse, her versatility and willingness could make her successful in other disciplines as well. And she would certainly turn heads in western tack!

Her size is another advantage. At 15.3 hands, she offers a substantial, solid build that takes up a rider's leg without being overly tall, making her an appealing option for a variety of riders.

This is a very special mare with an exciting future ahead of her. Unfortunately, with a toddler at home, I simply cannot dedicate the time she deserves to developing her full potential. Finding the right match is incredibly important to me. I would love to see her with someone who appreciates both her talent and her personality and will continue to nurture the wonderful horse she is becoming.
