Meet Blue, a 5-year-old black Percheron Draft Pony cross mare standing 14.2 hands tall with a small stripe and left hind small sock. Blue is stout enough to comfortably carry adults, yet small and gentle enough for young children to enjoy. She is 100% kid-safe, kid-broke, and an absolute gem for the entire family.
Ride & Drive Versatility: Blue rides Western, English, bareback, and double. She is also an exceptional driving mare who handles single and double hitches with ease. She stands quietly while being harnessed, hitched, and saddled, making her straightforward for anyone to enjoy.
Bombproof Trail & Desensitization: Experienced on trails and roads, crossing obstacles willingly without spooking, bolting, or bucking. She is 100% traffic-safe, tarp-broke, ball-broke, whip-broke, and so quiet you can dry her off with a leaf blower after a bath!
Temperament & Ground Manners: Easy to catch, gets along with all horses, and is not marish. Stands wonderfully for bathing, grooming, and the farrier, and stands tied all day without a fuss. Easy keeper with great solid feet requiring no maintenance.
Veterinary Inspection: Backed by an official veterinary physical examination updated to September 23, 2026, certifying her healthy and accompanied by a negative Coggins test.
