Eldvaki is a 6 year old, Icelandic gelding, searching for a best friend and partner for adventures. He is an intelligent, friendly, and loyal horse who can become quite attached to his person. Eldvaki has been ridden extensively on the trail, beach and camping. He is calm. easy going, and not bothered by the environment. He can be ridden bareback, and has also done well learning to go bitless with just a neck rope. He has become an excellent horse to pony off, and is regularly used to teach the younger horses. He has smooth, easy gaits and is extremely comfortable to ride. Eldvaki has had a lot of training and exposure for his age, and it's just the beginning. There are so many things that he could really excel at with the right person, endurance or competitive trail, working equitation, liberty... Because of his young age, he is not suitable for beginners. Eldvaki needs a person who is an active rider with some skill, who wants a horse to continue to learn, grow and have fun with.
