Roxy is a 9 year old well built grulla paint mare. Standing at 15ish hands( will tape her today). Roxy is a registered APHA and also 6 panel clean for those interested in breeding her.
Roxy hauls well and has been good in a stall since being here. She has been trail rode and rode in the arena. Knows her leads, has been ridden bareback and english as well. She would probably do best with an experienced person or someone who has the confidence to not let her say no. As she shows us she sometimes will try to say no to things. As long as you tell her thats not an options shes fine but she has the personality and smarts to take advantage of someone who allows her to have an opinion or do what she wants. She is good with her feet and usually has shoes on. We have her barefoot currently. Had a dental in September 2026 by an equine dentist.
Shes a great age an size to go do alot of different jobs. She walks out on the trail but will also stop and wait for the group or ride at the back. She has ponied horses in the past. Crosses water, will go where you ask her she is a very confident smart horse.
