Meet Moby, a grand 6-year-old blue roan Percheron cross gelding standing an impressive 17.2 hands tall. Known as the "Jeep Wrangler of horses," Moby is a husband horse deluxe—big enough for absolutely any rider, yet gentle, quiet-minded, and trustworthy enough for beginners and young children.
Outdoor, Trail & Ranch Pro: Moby bravely steps over any obstacle, crosses water, swims, climbs through deep mud and steep hills, and steps up on rocks, benches, or walls with ease. Proven on the ranch where he has been used to rope, doctor calves, and carry guests with total reliability.
Traffic Safe & Arena Willing: 100% safe in heavy traffic and around heavy machinery. Comfortable under both Western and English tack or completely bareback, featuring easy steering, great brakes, and a smooth, comfortable ride for any level rider.
Gentle Giant Barn Manners: Aware of his size, Moby is a total gentleman who stands quietly to be groomed, tackled, and shod, picks up all four feet, and loves human attention.
Ground Manners & Care: Easy keeper that stands tied quietly, loads smoothly, stands tied to the trailer at camp, and gets along well with others without any bad habits.
Veterinary Inspection: Backed by an Equine Pre Sale Physical Examination Form from Five Points Veterinary Care LLC (Dr. Adria Anderson, DVM) dated April 11, 2026, confirming normal vitals (temp 99.3°F, pulse 36, resp 20), clear eyes/ears/mouth, negative flexion tests, and zero indications of lameness or laminitis, alongside an official negative EIA Coggins test dated April 11, 2026.
