Misty is a tall, gorgeous mare with a great temperament and has experience in Western Dressage, trails and is generally an all around horse.
She has been successfully shown in Western Dressage by my daughter, including competing at the 2025 Western Dressage World Show in Oklahoma.
She is forward, light off the aids, and wonderfully responsive without being hot or spooky. Misty has a lovely jog, a big, ground-covering canter, and gives her rider a willing, enjoyable feel. She is experienced, sensible, and has traveled extensively in and out of state as a trusted clinic horse.
Misty is just as lovely on the ground. She is sweet, personable, and has excellent ground manners. She would be an outstanding partner for an amateur rider looking for a safe, accomplished, quality mare to continue showing, enjoy at home, or take on new adventures.
Misty is sound and currently in regular work. She does need to remain shod and receives light, age-appropriate maintenance. We are happy to discuss the details openly with serious buyers.
Talented and forward yet steady, forgiving, and confidence-inspiring—Misty is truly the kind of good mare who is difficult to find.
