He is suitable for a confident intermediate rider and would be an excellent match for someone looking for a fun, athletic horse to enjoy and continue developing. He is extremely fun to ride and has one of the smoothest canters around. He can be sensitive to leg pressure a gentle rider will fit him best! Under saddle, Hank: * Rides bridless * Neck reins * Flexes, backs, and stops * Knows the barrel and pole patterns * Carries a flag * Has drill-team experience * Does well in new environments * not spooky *crosses water Hank is fast and has exciting performance potential. With some additional time brushing up on the barrel pattern, he could make a competitive barrel horse. He is supposed to of done some roping in the past, but I can’t confirm as I don’t rope. On the ground, Hank is gentle and easy to handle. He is easy to catch, stands tied, bathes, and loads. Hank enjoys having a job and will be sold to a performance or active riding home only. He still has a lot of life and ability left, and he deserves a home that will keep him working and enjoying what he does. His age has been confirmed by an equine dentist.
