Sweet Pea is a 1️⃣0️⃣ year old, grade, 3️⃣4️⃣-inch Miniature mare who is officially 👀 for her next barn. Sweet Pea has been seen by our veterinarian and is current on her vaccinations, has a current Coggins and just had her teeth floated. She is up to date on dewormings and farrier work (last done 10/26/2026.) When we bought her, we were told she had been exposed to a stud but she was vet checked and is not pregnant. I've been told that she had produced two Appaloosa foals and a Mule foal prior. She stands tied, leads, loads, and hauls. She currently stays on a dry lot during the day and comes inside at night/inclement weather. She does very well in a stall with no issues. The only reason she is kept on a dry lot is because one of our other minis has to be on one and they stay together. Prior to us owning her, I have no idea if she was kept on pasture or on a dry lot. She has been around both full-size horses and other miniature horses and has done well with everyone - including an orphaned, fiesty mini foal (not hers.) She has done a great job teaching the foal manners while he has grown up. Sweet Pea is a very kind, very loving little mare - who only wants two things in life: attention and food lol! She is on a small amount of feed and some grass hay daily. She is a very easy keeper. When purchasing her, we were told that she was broke to ride and drive -- and that she had primarily been a driving horse and was a loving pet for grandkids to play and love on. We have hooked her up to line drive a few times - she will just need a refresher. We have also used her for leadline for our kiddo -- She also lets our kiddo and family members kids' lead her, brush her, etc. If you think Sweet Pea might be a good fit for you or your family, please reach out. I am happy to answer questions about her. We are in Madison County Indiana. I have all vet / coggins paperwork.
