SHINING C BY GRACE – 2023 AQHA Grullo Mare – $30,000 OBO

Meet "Grace," a 3-year-old AQHA grullo mare (#6248648) with color, size and a reining
pedigree to back it up. She's by Black Gotta Gun, an imported son of Dun It Gotta Gun
(Hollywood Dun It x Katie Gun), whose dam Katie Gun also produced Gunner. Her dam is
Sterling Silver Lena, by Sugar Stoppers. She was bred by Shining C Grulla Horses in Wolfe City, TX.

Grace stands 15.2 hands (62"). She's a true grullo with a wide white blaze and white socks,
so she's easy to pick out of a pasture.

Training, honestly: she's ground trained and saddle broke, and she's still green. She rides
quiet at the walk and lopes on both leads on a loose rein (see video). She is starting the next level of training now,
so she'll keep progressing while she's for sale. She has good ground manners and stands quietly
tied on the wash rack for a bath. She'd suit an experienced amateur or a trainer who wants a
nice-minded, well-bred prospect to finish in reining, ranch riding, ranch versatility or
ranch work. She'd also make a future broodmare.
