Athletico (Axel) is a 16.1 hh 9 yo OTTB (foaled 2015) my daughter has restarted from the track with the help of her trainer. He is a very sweet and hardworking boy! He has beautiful gaits and is so much fun to ride. Has been to local dressage and 4-H shows and does really well in new environments. Axel is very smart and willing to learn new things. He has been over crossbars and is a pro at leg yields. His gaits are good. He is very sound and pretty low maintenance. We keep front shoes on him, and he does get pampered a few times a year with adjustments from our equine chiropractor. Only selling because my daughter is in college and isn’t home to work him regularly during the school year.
