Solid. Absolutely SPECIAL. Meet PayDay. This jaw dropping, blood bay 5 year old AQHA gelding is the complete package. Standing 15.2hh, He’s one of the fanciest geldings you’ll lay your eyes on, with a presence that turns heads everywhere he goes… but what makes him truly exceptional is everything underneath the surface. PayDay has been with us for the last three years. We started him here at our place, and he has been brought along the right way every step of the way. He’s honest, willing, and has proven himself time and time again to have the kind of brain (and build) everyone is searching for. The only reason he is being offered is simply due to his height. He matured taller than we anticipated and outside of my personal preference… otherwise, he wouldn’t be going anywhere. He is by a son of Two Eyed Red Buck and out of a daughter of Gallo Del Cielo (Rooster), giving him a pedigree packed full of proven champions and performance bloodlines. This is the kind of breeding that speaks for itself… and he lives up to every bit of it. PayDay is the first to meet you at the gate, always gentle, kind, and easy to be around. He has that “in your pocket” personality everyone loves, paired with a soft, kind eye and a quiet and sweet nature. He has loads of personality, can be quite the ham at times- and he always keeps us laughing. He will come find you out in the big pasture, in case you might have some attention to give him! He has good ground manners, He stands quietly for grooming, saddling, bathing, the farrier, and the vet. Loves a bath! (He’s kind of a diva.) Under saddle, he is a beautiful mover- soft, and responsive. He rides with a nice handle, moves off your leg, and just naturally carries himself well. Slow spins, big stop and an easy lope. He has been trail ridden extensively. he is sure-footed, level-headed, and confident. Water, hills, wildlife, or new places don’t phase him. You can relax and enjoy the ride. He’s been hauled and exposed to all kinds of settings and scenarios, including downtown in the city traffic, indoor arenas, and out in the country. PayDay has also done some ranch work, including gathering, checking fences and a little pasture roping. He’s been started on the head side as well, and has the ability and mind to go any direction you choose. I also think he would excel in ranch horse classes! He’s versatile, we’ve thrown a lot at him. He’s even been ridden english, really just to see how he would do- and he felt so classy and natural! Popped ov
