Carmelita (we call her "Lita"), gorgeous "Costarricense de Paso/ Saddle bred cross just turned two as of May 2023, I have had her for little over a year. She is in your pocket kind of girl, she has been such a quick study. She has mastered all the ground fundamentals from Clinton Anderson series. I have just started saddling her with great success. She does all the normal ground manners- stands for farrier, baths, saddles up, ties , grooms, trailer. She also has been exposed to dogs running around, leaf blower, will lead from a side by side from a
pasture, desensitize to flags/large bouncing ball/ropes. When I got her she had never been handled, I have trained her where she is eager to please, loves to be worked and reacts to the
slightest of pressure and release. She will make someone a great partner for life. Unfortunately I thought that would be me but due to health constraints I must sell her. I want her to go to a
really good home. She is the sweetest horse I have ever owned. Whenever I step out of the house, her eyes are on me. She has an elegant smooth gait that is beautiful to watch. She has been well cared for and is in excellent health. She is up to date on all vaccinations. She has been with another gaited horse that is her buddy. (Rocky Mountain also for sale) She gets along well with my other horses. She knows how to get out of the way from my gelding. Her registration is in the works from the breeder "lazydoubledranch" in Bleiblerville, Texas. I live in Marble Falls , Texas. Only serious inquiries. I want her to go to a great caring home.
