Scout is a bay pony that is approximately 10 years old and 12 hands high. He has more go than whoa. He is not for a beginner, as he will test new riders. However, a confident rider that has some experience could handle him. He will walk, trot, canter, stop, and back. Goes through water, over logs, over a bridge, rides out well by himself or with a group. We have taken him to local fun shows, trailrides, and have used him as a backup pony for 4H drill team practices and lessons. I have taken him around the barrel & pole patterns at a trot. Will be ready to canter those soon. He can easily keep up with a taller horse when riding with others. Stands well for farrier & vet. He stands tied, saddles easily and trailers fine.
