This mare is an absolute gem of a horse and her barn name, Beauty, matches not only her looks but her endearing personality. Breeder owned and raised, you can see the thought, time and care that has gone into her. She is sired by a Reg Friesian stallion and out of a Reg APHA mare, and is the epitome of what a sport horse should be. Standing right at 15.2hh with flawless conformation, striking color, and the perfect amount of bone and substance along with the prettiest kind eyes. This is one of those horses I cannot say enough about and honestly cannot fault her in any way. She is truly remarkable.
Not only is Beauty still owned by her breeder, she has also been in consistent training with the same trainer for the past year developing a rock solid foundation under saddle both in and out of the arena. She is soft in the face and throughout her body. Will lope/canter right on cue, side passes, pivots, will ride on contact or stay consistent and level headed on a draped rein, and has a very correct and beautiful way of moving. Beauty is smooth, comfortable and very uncomplicated to ride. English, western, or bareback, and stays the same consistent reliable mount for any and all riders placed on her. She has logged countless miles outside the arena as well navigating trails, water crossings, quiet country roads or busy traffic in town or on the highways both on solo rides or in a group. And on top of all of that, she is also well broke to drive for anyone to take to town for a fun afternoon. This mare is an absolute joy in every way, and is a favorite for anyone who gets the opportunity to ride or drive her.
On the ground Beauty is an absolute doll. The kind of horse that is a blessing to have in your barn. She is kind, quiet, patient, has phenomenal manners, and never causes a fuss in any way. She stalls beautifully, loads and hauls like a seasoned pro, cross ties, bathes, clips, and is great for the vet and farrier. Easy to turn out and blend with any herd, and great with all other horses whether riding in a crowded arena or on the ground in a crowded barn. She is just a joy in every way. Very easy keeper, always sound and healthy, requires no extra maintenance or special care of any kind. She is UTD on all cares including dental, farrier and coggins. She does have her registration paperwork currently in order with the Friesian Sport Horse registry that will either accompany her with her travels to her new home or be mailed should they arrive in the mail after the auction ends.
