Moose is a 16.2HH TB/Fox Trotter gelding (never raced). I frequently get asked if he is a warmblood due to his broad frame and movement. He requires a AA in a program or advanced rider to finish his training due to being young and at times can be high spirited. I have had moose for 3 years and in that time he has competed and won in multiple jumping (18"-2') and dressage (training level) schooling shows. He is currently returning to work after time off due to my pregnancy. Moose has been on a handful of trail rides, schooled up to BN XC and off property to multiple locations. Stands well for the farrier and ties well. My goals were to compete Moose in eventing and then take to upper level SJ-he has the potential and will be the partner to help you reach your goals with consistency and training. To keep Moose happy daily pasture turnout is a must. At this time he has front shoes but when I bought him was sound barefoot. He receives regular chiropractic and massage when in training and returning to work. A good knowledgeable him is a must-this horse is VERY special to me and only want whats best!
