Monty can be your next fun trail partner. He retired sound after 46 races and has mostly been trail ridden and a little arena work. He is not a spooky type but can occasionally be a tad nervous, so he is not for a timid or beginner rider. He could be a good horse for 3rd or 2nd field fox hunting. He wears front shoes and requires no other maintenance, and is a pretty easy keeper and low man in a small group of geldings. He spies most of the time out but has a stall for lousy weather. He stands fine in cross ties to be groomed and tacked and is good for the farrier. We are an accredited aftercare program, and an adoption contract is required. We have many photos for serious inquiries
