13 year old Quarter horse mare standing 15 hands. Montana is super easy to ride she had had extensive reining training as a youngster she is still extremely handy and will ride off of your seat she will slow walk slow jog and lope…with a slide stops. Awesome on the trails long or short will tie to a picket line. Montana jumps and hasn’t had a problem doing anything we have asked her to do. Super sweet and easy to handle and is a very easy keeper with excellent feet. Ties, loads and saddles great. Gets along with everyone in the pasture and never bothers the fence or other horses. Montana has done a good bit of team penning and sorting and also tracked and roped the dummy. This girl is a very gentle ride on the trail will take the lead and not fuss. You can drop the reins and she will walk along on the trail all day long. She crosses, bridges water, and any type of complicated obstacles she is more than willing to cross. She is not scared of deer bikes, or hikers on the trail. She is sound and up to date on shots, deworming and coggins.
Montana has also competed in the Goat sign at the local youth rodeo, and did exceptionally well.
She is a slower kick ride that is a pleasure on the trails and also in the arena .
