“Lottie” is a gentle, two year old, grey Quarter Horse filly. She is grade, but her sire (FrenchKidd’s Whistle) is registered and a grandson of Frenchman’s Guy. Her dam has Mr. San Peppy lineage. Lottie is an in-your-pocket type filly, a real sweetheart, and easy to work with. She leads, loads, picks up her feet, etc. I started her under saddle this fall and she has a good foundation to build on and is ready to be finished your way. She has not offered to buck and is easy to saddle. She is athletic and has displayed some natural cow sense; I think she’d make an excellent youth rodeo horse, but will also have the size and level-headedness to be a great ranch horse or trail horse. Lottie is 14.2hh and I expect her to mature around the 15hh mark. Asking $5000 OBO
