Rogan is a kind, lovely pony looking for his perfect match. He was acquired and started under saddle by an accomplished dressage trainer 18 months ago and has been in a steady program of dressage training. He has competed in two dressage schooling shows at Intro and
Training levels and scored 66 to 73% with minimal warm up. In December he was sent to "jumping camp" with a local eventing trainer to get him started over fences. Rogan immediately excelled in his new task proving himself as steady, brave, and capable with plenty of scope. His ideal rider would be at of an least an intermediate skill level. He was used in a few beginning lessons at the eventing barn and never put a foot wrong, but he does tend to be forward thinking for about the first 10 minutes of a ride, and then he downshifts to an easy push ride. With more miles he could develop nicely into a beginner suitable pony. Always barefoot, always sound.
