This tank of a mare is looking for her best friend! She’s an approximately 11 year old grade quarter horse. About 15hh according to my estimation, haven’t officially measured her. Nice thick bones, good feet.
She LOVES to work. She’d tack herself up if she could! Probably the best work ethics I’ve ever seen in a horse. She used to be a head roping horse, so is very used to cows. She’ll go down the trail without any questions. Not spooky. No need to refresh, she can sit for months and ride out like she never had time off.
She gets along with other horses, on the dominant side in the herd.
NOT MARE-ISH!!! Seriously. It’s awesome.
Loads, ties, bathes, good for farrier, easy to catch
This is a safe, sane horse. But she is NOT a dead head. She can get hot. But always controllable.

So.

Why so cheap, you ask?

Well, due to an incident with a fence a few years ago, she has some muscle damage. As long as she receives (quality) maintenance chiropractic work, she’s fine. Otherwise, her price would be tripled. But this girl deserves the best home where she’ll be worked, but not used and abused. She absolutely does not want to be a pasture puff
