This nice fewspot, registered Appaloosa gelding will be "rode until sold" this year. 6 years old, 15.3hh. Sound and healthy, has had one small abscess in right front hoof, resolved months ago. UTD on 5-way EWT. Wormed every 2 months, trimmed every 8-12 weeks. I originally purchased him as a yearling for a project horse. I got started with him a few times (first rides were alone on wooded trails and he did VERY well!) but of course had too many projects and he was put on the back burner until January of this year. I would call him well STARTED bordering on good green broke. Feel free to PM me for more specifics on what he can do or set up a visit to test ride. Price reflects a 6 year-old that is not quite finished. Because my work schedule only allows me to be about a half-time trainer, his price will not increase until about July or August when I feel he's really riding comfortably in most any environment I can expose him to. I will provide the buyer with a signed transfer of ownership, Coggins and (if needed) out-of-state health papers upon full payment of horse. I will not speculate on what he has "potential" for, as I feel buyers will know best whether this horse suits their needs. I will say, I've started colts for over 35 years and this horse has, in my opinion, a lot of athleticism and nice movement. Disco is for sale because we are focusing on breeding foundation Appaloosas and he obviously doesn't fit that profile.
