2018 Candeliver Thoroughbred gelding aka "Nelson." He has raced in his early years but wasn't fast enough to win anything. I bought him a year ago in the hopes that he might make a nice barrel prospect. However, he has a lot more woah than go and I really haven't had enough time to work with him. He's got a great personality, super sweet and loves attention. He's quick to learn but needs a job. Only about 15 hands tall. I've ridden him out on trails some and can ride him in a pen, he just needs a lot more hours and unfortunately I'm leaving for college this fall so I would love for him to find a happy home. I've worked with him a lot on ground manners and he leads very well. Has never offered to buck or rear in the saddle, but does get a bit anxious if riding alone. Usually very calm and chill about loud noises and gets along great with other geldings. Very low maintenance, he does fine being barefoot and can go several weeks on a trim for his back feet. Is trimmed about every 6-7 weeks. Has had teeth floated and was vaccinated last year. He hasn't had any major health issues since I've owned him. Asking mid 4-figures. Located Greensburg, Indiana.
