Born a wild mustang/ thoroughbred in Eastern Oregon. Wrangled at age 2 to work on a cattle ranch in Hines, OR. I purchased him two years ago to work on a ranch and be a trail horse. He is a well rounded western horse. Has a great personality and a wonderful, kind heart. This horse is for highly experienced riders only. I have been riding horses for 20 years in the backcountry and Boone is by far the most intuitive horse I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He has a beautiful gait and is incredibly athletic. Good feet, tough as nails, very easy keeper as he does not need much. He stands politely while tacking, mounting and dismounting. Takes the bit very sweetly. Has good ground manners and respects your space. If your intentions are set and you have a plan in your mind of where you want to go, he will not hesitate to take you there.
