2009 edition of an OTTB. Definitely a gelding and acts like a gelding. 16.1 bay and has woah (obviously he is an OTTb and not an ON ttb) but will go if you are sure that is the plan. Has done it all- trail riding alone or with friends, eventing (not the huge, big scary stuff) but yes, he can jump, dressage (actually enjoys it). His basic motto is work for food but will absolutely kiss for cookies! Trailers (willingly but prefers a friend to travel with- I mean who doesn’t!), same at home as away, has shown (schooling shows only), been a dressage lesson horse for all levels of riders, and he actually did summer camps for up down beginners (found the massive amount of cookies to be a perk), and maintenance is minimum. He does wear front shoes and in TB fashion he has TB feet and wears pads and he is sound, sound, sound. He does get Platinum CJ and that's about it. Goes out with other geldings and not a butt in pasture. We are in Bristol, Va which is also Bristol, TN. Basically we are close to North Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Tennessee.
