Gus is a sweet, smart and comical horse. Compact, easy keeper and loves humans.
Grooms, bathes well, good for farrier, vet and in/out of trailer.
Trained, loves obstacle courses and trails, but needs miles. Intermediate to advanced rider would be best for Gus. Being young he will test rider and may hop/buck at a canter, however he is not forward and prefers more woah vs go. Excellent at walking, trotting, woah, works of leg and light on reins. No bolt, bite or rearing.
Gus side passes very well, knows his leads, opens/closes gates, and will walk over anything (tarps, bridges, water, logs, and even a mattress). He can knock down a barrel and roll it. Needs work on collection. He can be ridden in an arena, out on the trails and in neighborhoods. Comfortable ride.
