Early Bird aka "Lark" is a sweet affectionate gelding who is looking for his new home. Distinguishable and charming, this guy stands out and gathers admirers everywhere he goes. He's calm and reasonable at any location, never offering anything other than his usual pleasant demeanor, despite having just turned four years old. I could ride him everyday or let him sit for two weeks and he's the same horse. He's a point and shoot jumper, I never have to micromanage him. He's always up to jump anything I ask him to, and easily finds ideal distances. Lark is also an excellent cross country horse, brave to fences and confidently moving through new obstacles. He is forward but not "hot" and never does anything scary. Safe to say he is fun! In addition to his eventing capabilities he loves trails, alone or in a group, on roads or deer trails! He is ready to be someone's best friend. Happy to just sit and hang around with you in exchange for cuddles, he is one of the most loving horses I have ever met. Cross ties, stands tied, and he even self loads into the trailer! He stands for the farrier and is barefoot. He's the perfect gentleman with a bright future. Price will increase with training. I wouldn't recommend him for a complete beginner as he is still green and learning, but he is more than suitable for an adult ammy or an older kid working with a trainer.
