Haydns Solace (Daisy), is a beautiful mare, "never had an ugly day" as the saying goes. I am a professional dressage trainer and bought her as a weanling. She learned to lead, clip, stand for the farrier, trailer load,...by the time that I started her under saddle as a four year old. She has absolutely zero bad habits under saddle. Daisy is a very sensitive mare and has learned to move very nicely over her back and accept the bit. I have taught her to jump only because she has a HUGE talent for not only dressage , but for jumping also. Going over small (18”) fences under saddle as I am not a jumper rider. Free jumps easily over four foot fences. Talent for dressage, quick natural changes and passage when free in the pasture. I have worked with her consistently under saddle , five times a week, since the spring of 2023. I longe Daisy for a few minutes before riding as this settles her and gets her in a 'go to work" state of mind. She is not on Regumate and comes into heat regularly but is not a problem under saddle when she is in heat. In training five times a week, I have directed that energy and her mind, to cooperate with her rider and she really enjoys the work. Feet trimmed every six weeks, up to date on worming and vaccinations. No lameness or health issues. No vices. Absolutely loves people. New video uploaded July.
