Skye is a 14 yr old Grey mare who stands 14.3 hands tall. She is sweet and gentle, calm, quiet and easy to handle. Stands perfect for tacking and brushing but can get impatient if left standing alone. Loves attention and to be brushed, great with a water spray-gun for a good cleaning. Excellent ground manners, no issues with farrier. Has been ridden on trails and in parades. Take her thru the drive-thru at your favorite coffee house or do some jumping in the arena, she can do it all. She is pretty bomb-proof on the trail but also is willing in the an arena setting. She rides out alone without issue. Trailers in a 3 horse slant without hesitation. Middle of the herd, not overly dominant but not a push-around. Stays nice and healthy on 1st cut Timothy hay and a balancer, no special diet requirements. Barefoot and healthy hooves. Would be an excellent horse for an intermediate rider that can work her consistently. She has a good mind and very smart. Love this gorgeous girl. We are only selling her because we cannot give the consistency she needs to be her best self.
