2009 AQHA Buckskin Gelding with many talents. Tyree is a fantastic trail horse. He will go out alone or with a group. He ponies well, and has a nice smooth walk. Been to elk camp, and high lined. He has also gathered cows in open country. He is a finished barrel horse. Mostly entered for pleasure, he consistently places in the 3-4D, He stays quiet, has no gate issues. I would not recommend him for a beginner or someone learning. He is patterned and knows his job, but I tend to "help" him in his run. Finished head horse for a 4+. He is fast and strong in the corner. Runs to position and handles his cattle well. He can get inpatient in the box, not dangerous just needs a patient hand to get him to his spot. He hauls well, stands tied, drinks on the road, rides in just about any bit. Wears a size 1 shoe, stands at about 16H. He is made right with big bone and great confirmation. He is gentle to catch saddle, and handle. Tyree is mildly watchy, however he doesn't make big moves or pull back. I take him every were. He is my go to to step on and trail ride, enter races, and team rope on. I have a young horse that needs finished and with him around it wont get done.
