Halei is a gentle and affectionate 14-hand Quarter Horse with a smooth ride and a great brain. She's the perfect partner for an intermediate or advanced rider who loves trail riding and values a trustworthy, well-trained mount.
About Halei:
Trail Star: Halei is calm, confident, and responsive on trail rides. She handles creeks, logs, and hills with ease and enjoys both solo and group rides.
Well-Trained: Though now at a location without arena access, Halei has strong arena training. She picks up both leads, side passes, pivots, and opens gates with ease.
Versatile Background: Trained in both English and Western disciplines—she’s equally at home in either saddle.
Lease Details:
Cost: $390 per month
Riding Frequency: Up to 3 days per week, with opportunities to ride more as the schedule allows
Term: Initial 6-month lease, then month-to-month
Upfront Requirement: First and last month’s lease fee due at signing
Trial Period: 2–3 rides offered to ensure a good fit before committing
Tack: All tack is provided; personal saddles welcome if properly fitted
About the Location:
Halei is pastured at a private property in Woodside, CA, with direct access to a wide-ranging trail system through the beautiful hills. Please note: there is no arena access at this location, so this lease is ideal for riders who prioritize trail riding in nature.
