Cash is an exceptionally well trained, talented and handsome 19yo AQHA gelding. He was raised and professionally cutting trained by Mark Bernhardt. I bought him from Mark as a 4yo. Although retired from sorting competition now, Cash had a very successful sorting career. He's very talented and cow smart. I've ridden him extensively out on the ranch and trails both alone and with other horses- gathering cattle or just riding. He'll go anywhere. I've shot off of him too. Cash is very sensitive, feely and responsive to your seat and leg. He's got a big motor, but is soft in the face and has a great stop. He'll ride one or two handed in a bridle or snaffle. Cash will do best with a more experienced rider with a good seat and quiet hands that enjoys a very responsive horse with go. He's a mover. He's also very cowy. I haven't sorted on him competitively for a while because he has some well managed arthritis. I do ride him turning back and on the ranch. Moderate riding is recommended. He stands tied, trailers great, is good for the farrier and vet. Cash is a very special horse.
