Bess is the perfect horse! Her confirmation and beauty is beyond compare. Add to that an amazingly calm, sweet, and dependable personality and you have the true dream horse.

We purchased her 5 years ago with her first foal. She has been used extensively for trail riding, although her skills and beauty could be taken in any direction for show or breeding. Unlike many mares, she is submissive to the other horses in the pasture and is the one we put children and beginners on.

She is of course, well-trained. Her gait is butter-smooth and fast. She will keep pace with any horse or easily out walk other gaited horses. She clips, baths, trailers, stands for the farrier and for mounting, She is strong, has healthy hooves, crosses obstacles, and ground ties for those that like to camp.

We are selling her and our other horses because my daughters have moved on and we don't have time to ride. We would also be interested in leasing locally. She loves to be groomed and practically falls asleep in your arms when you comb her hair.
