lack of time and need for mad money force sale Rose Neigh (by Connemara Stallion Declan Pondi out of TB Texas Flower) is a 4yo 15.1 (and growing) filly who is still very green. She has had 30 days under saddle, but she was growing and I didn't have time so she's a blank slate. During her 30 days, she was wtc both ways sensibly. Easy to catch, shoe, load etc. Does tie but a little bit of an escape artist. I've been fooling around with her this spring, some lungeing under tack and ponying on hacks with dogs all around the farm. Slight hesitation crossing streams, but she's only done it twice. I hacked her out last weekend but having a hard time keeping her in a program due to lack of time. She is straight and correct, good feet. Color panel A/A e/e Rn/n. Registered w ACPS. Her dam broke her maiden on the flat, and her trainer told me she "could gallop 15 miles and never get tired". If you compare her pedigree with Flightline, there are many similarities on their dam's side. I thought this would make a good cross with TBS Declan Pondi https://www.fadetogreyfarm.com/tbs-declan-pondi. She is very attractive and her coat has a bit of metallic sheen even living out 24/7. She wears a 75" or 78" blanket. I've sat on her a handful of times and she feels like a bigger horse than when you stand next to her, maybe because she has such a nice length of neck. For reference, my license says 5'9" but I do ride short. Super breeding for foxhunting and or sport horse, but fancy and pretty enough for much more. I have her entire history since she was foaled here on our farm, tons of videos and pics but too many for this ad. I had a stud fee I needed to use or lose, so she is confirmed in foal to Dylasau Crosstown Gold Class 1 buckskin Irish Draught stallion. Resulting foal will be 50% ID, 25% Connemara, 25% TB. I bred her for myself and if I had unlimited time I'd keep her, but I don't, and she needs a job. If I did have the time, I'd get her going and ride her all summer and fall till the weather gets bad then put her away till spring and foaling. I am open to offers and also open to selling the mare in foal ($25k), the mare only ($15k, I keep foal at weaning), or the foal only ($10k) in utero. if you want to come see her; we are near Marshall VA.
