Ryot is a 12 year old quarter horse, she can be very sweet, and my daughter had hoped to use her for 4h. We are new to the horse world, and my daughter is still beginner/intermediate. Sadly, we learned about 5 months ago that Ryot was starting to go blind. She is a sweet horse, can still be ridden, but is a bit jumpy with different lighting and locations. She likes speed, and does still listen to commands. My concern for my daughter is she is not experienced enough to ride and care for Ryot properly. She is up to date with ferrier, does not have shoes, up to date with vaccines. I have paperwork from her visits with the equine clinic and videos of my daughter riding will be available upon request.
