For your consideration: Lyra is a 2018 buckskin quarter horse mare out of the 2021 Petroff herd dispersal who is looking for her next partner. Lyra is a one of a kind horse that has done everything. Lyra can do drill, reining, team sorting, trail, horsemanship, ranch versatility, has been roped off of, and she even dabbles in gaming events like keyhole, individual flags, and birangle. She’s competed in OHSET and some other local shows for the past two years now, making it to state in 5-7 events both years and even regionals in a 4-man drill team. She has been 5-panel tested and does carry HERDA, but is at no risk of contracting it and if she is ever bred to a clean stallion the offspring will be safe. She is not papered but she does have some good foundation lines and I believe I know who her sire is. She is probably eligible to be registered with the Buckskin Club. I love Lyra with all of my heart and it is not an easy decision to sell her, but I am looking for something next-level. Currently has slide plates on hinds and barefoot in the front.
