Annie is a very special 13 year old mare! She is very willing, calm, and gentle. She will catch you in the pasture and loves getting attention and going to work. She excels in the arena and in the trails.
In the arena, she is confident, easygoing, and intelligent. We hauled her to a clinic where they had an impromptu trail class. Annie was one of the only horses to complete all the obstacles without hesitation. She is a very willing partner who wants to please. She knows how to pick her rider up from a fence!
She is started at liberty work.
She has worked cattle at our family ranch and loves it! She really does great at pushing them.
On the trails, she is steady and calm. She handles creeks, logs, rocks, and surprise deer with ease. She tends to think through situations before she reacts and rarely spooks even when other horses do.
She has a lot of buttons and is such an intelligent horse an intermediate or above rider would suit her best. She will excel as a trail horse, show horse, or ranch horse!
She is a rare combination of sound, steady, and sane. She has the perfect amount of willingness. She will lope off with pleasure but is happy to walk or stand.
