Hector is a stunning registered 6-year-old Cleveland Bay Sporthorse gelding, standing an impressive 16.2 hands. (He turns 7 on May 27th). His sire is Knaresborough Fusilier. Hector is healthy and sound with clean legs and is currently shod all around. He is beginning to shed out beautifully with a dark bay dappled coat. He comes UTD on wormer, trim, coggins, vaccines, vet check, and has been DNA tested.

This handsome gelding is the total package — combining elegance, versatility, and a kind, willing nature. He is a lovely mover and will naturally draw attention in any situation. While Hector has many miles out on the trails, ring work is newer to him. He has a lovely walk and trot but needs finishing at the canter. (That is due to him being started under harness first). While he is absolutely quiet enough for beginners, keep in mind that he is only 6. He has been hauled out to brand new locations and arenas and showcases just how confident and brave he is. Very easy to handle, not jumpy or flighty, and no bad behavior whatsoever. He is great in the woods, in water, in town, and rides next to traffic including semis and busses. Hector is broke to drive single or double. He is road/traffic safe. He stands to bathe, groom, bridle, tack, hitch, ties, loads, and lifts his feet.
