Kevin is a 6 yr old registered QH palomino gelding who due to no fault of his own spent most of his 4th year sitting and has since had a full restart. Kevin has since been in a consistent program the last 11 months and has proven to be a solid citizen. We feel he would do best with one person as it does take him some time to settle in and build trust. He has been roped off of, been on cows, knows the flag, has been swimming, and has seen miles and miles of roads and trails. He is polite in hand, and has all the groundwork manners down. He will be the first to greet you at the gate, and once he gains your trust he’ll be in your pocket all day long.

He is currently barefoot and stands well for the farrier. He’s a quiet guy in turn out, does well in a stall or outside. Neck reins, has a good stop, and although he’s fine in the arena we feel he would excel as a ranch or trail horse. He is very much a push style in everything he does, and is way more whoa than go.

Due to his young age and his recent restart, he is not beginner or kid suitable. Kevin is up to date with everything and is an easy keeper. He has had recent dental, chiro, farrier and vaccines. In no rush to sell him and want to see him in the right home, wish I could keep him but I don’t use him enough and I have too many.
