Flico is a 5–6-year-old titled BLM Mustang gelding standing around 14.3–15hh with a solid, versatile foundation and an easygoing personality.
Over the past two years, Flico has done a little bit of everything—from being a proven lesson horse for advanced beginners through advanced riders, to exploring the trails and schooling lightly over fences. He’s started over small courses and has a basic understanding of lead changes. He’s the kind of horse that shows up with a calm, willing attitude and enjoys having a job.

• Clips, loads, bathes, cross ties, and ground ties like a pro
• Trail rides alone or in groups—usually leads but will follow if asked
• Experience off-property, including a few local shows
• Stands perfectly for the vet, farrier, chiropractor, and MagnaWave
• No maintenance other than front shoes
• UTD on vaccines, teeth, and farrier
• Fully vetted with a recent soundness exam and clean hock & stifle X-rays on file
• No vices
Flico is laid-back and more of a “leg ride,” but he perks up and really enjoys jumping—that’s when you’ll see him get more forward and engaged. With his quiet demeanor and great brain, he would shine in a trail, 4H, or all-around home, but also has potential to continue in jumping or dressage with the right rider.
He’s been my personal horse for the past two years and has truly done it all. After a well-deserved break from lessons, I brought him back into work, but with six other horses to keep going, I just can’t give him the consistent attention he thrives on. Flico is ready for his own person to love and grow with.
