Merlin is an absolutely gentle giant! He is one of the kindest horses you will meet. Merlin has had the same wonderful owner the last 4 years. He has been Fox Hunting, Mounted Patrol Training, ridden double, bareback, swimming, pulled a sled and been in a Christmas Parade! Merlin has seen it all! His incredible size is balanced by his kind, soulful eye and flowing mane and tail. He is as impressive, as he is endearing and cuddly. Merlin has been ridden Western, English, over poles, small jumps and bareback. He has been ridden in town, through the woods, open fields, has crossed water, bridges etc.! Merlin has been used for all levels and ages of riders to enjoy. His steady, rhythmic gaits and laid back personality make him a great horse to share with the whole family. He has three comfortable gaits and picks up both his leads well. He is easy to catch, bathe, tack up, stands for mount and dismount, ties, leads, loads and hauls well! We love this big, beautiful, sweet boy!
