Come meet Lady! Very sweet young mare. Lady has been started about 10 months ago and has proven to be super smart and gentle… She truly isn’t phased by much. She’s been on trails in both the desert and mountain setting. Rode with flags, rope swung off her, drug logs, rode with energetic dogs … etc. very reliable for her age. Rides off the property onto trails alone and isn’t phased.
Not much arena work as we don’t have an official arena on our property but knows her basics. We live by a sand wash and she has learned a solid walk trot and lope. She’s ready for her next owner to finish her in whatever they want. She is a tall girl who really could go in any direction. Nice forward energy but very controllable. For sale for no fault of her own. We don’t want to sell since she has such disposition but unfortunately realized we don’t have the time for two horses right now. She deserves and LOVES attention. She wants to please.
Born sorrel from a paint mare and carried the grey gene from her sire. She’s registered with the APHA. I have pictures of both parents and her half sister lives on the property as well.
She has an old injury on her cornet band from a yearling ( as seen on left front in photo) that doesn’t affect her. She’s been sound barefoot even on mountain rides.
