**“Pamuck” – 2011 Bay Thoroughbred Gelding**
Looking for his next experienced partner, Pamuck is a 14-year-old off-the-track Thoroughbred who transitioned into the jumping world after racing. He’s a 16.2hh, bay with a star, and ready to work for a rider who enjoys a forward, athletic horse.
I spent a year working with my former english trainer reteaching this horses understanding of collection and pressure. He had a very bad tendency of getting strong and pulling. He absolutely needs a patient rider who is willing to work with him.

**Highlights:**
* Shows confidently up to 3'3"
* Has schooled barrel patterns (not his main discipline, but knows it)
* Good on the ground – no bite, easy to handle outside the wash stall
* Never been lame, healthy and sound
* Loads, ties, and trailers well
* Can be impatient when tied, and with farrier or vet
* Needs a tune up on his understanding of pressure

**Important Notes:**
* Does not like wash stalls – gets impatient and has kicked before. Baths are done with a hose outside.
* Can be hot and strong, especially if the rider hangs on his mouth.
* Needs a soft, confident rider – not suitable for beginners.
* Still improving his understanding of leg pressure and collection, but he has made huge progress and is a joy to ride for the right person.
