Arko is a lovely horse to have around. Extremely well behaved and an excellent calm and willing temperament. He has that beautiful floating WB movement and the brain and trainability to match.

Arko has been bought on slowly and professionally and has enjoyed a varied life of forrest and beach work, dressage competitions, show jumping, eventing and showing. He is very well mannered in all disciplines and a pleasure to ride. He loves to jump, has never had a stop and could turn his hoof to anything you choose. He has won or placed at every event he has started. Confidently competing 95 - 105cm NZ eventing horse trials, cross country and show jumping, with water, ditches and skinny’s no problem at all. He is a bold and confident ride and has been bought on slowly to have full confidence in his job.

This is a very hard and sad sale of my dream horse but I am expecting my first child at Xmas and realistically I won’t have the time for him, I don’t want his youth to be wasted in the paddock.

He is fully sound and has been well looked after his whole life. Vet reports and clean X-rays available. He has no vices and is excellent for the farrier, vet, physio and to transport.

Calm enough for an intermediate rider but capeable enough for a competitive rider wanting to win all disciplines and also enjoy the fun stuff!
