JH Mr Montana or Gambler as we call him is a 10 year old registered American Quarter horse gelding. He is 15.1 hands and has a biger bone structure so any sized person would look good on him. He has good hooves and stands quietly for a farrier. He does quite well without shoes if you are not riding on gravel aloy. He showed he had the ability to handle rough terrain when he was ridden in the mountains.He is a good traveler who loads and unloads from a horse trailer easily.
Gambler is well broke and has good ground manner. He stands quietly & waits for the ride ti get on. He can have some forward movement, but will also go the rider determies. He has nice smooth gaits which he willingly takes. He has been used primarily for trail riding for the last five
years. He will ride out alone or ride anywhere in a group of horses with no problem. He will cross bridges, water, and doesn't spook easily. Because of his flexibility and temperament, he could easily be ridden in pleasure, English or trail classes. He would well for many ranch rodeo classes too. The lady that broke Gambler trained him for obstacle competitions.Like most horses, he will perfporm better with a rider with a rider who is not a beginner.
Gambler gets along well with other horses.He is uo to date on vacinations & coggins test. He has been wormed, teeth floated one year ago, and feet trimmed with front shoes put on. He is all set to go and have some fun on.
