Poppy is a beautiful baby inside and out. She is our princess and prefers it that way! LOL She is a sensitive, but brave and more than willing to do anything you ask for. She's no pushover, however, and she keeps her two pasture mate colts in line, despite the fact that they are giant! Poppy has lovely conformation and is uniquely silver already. She is heterozygous grey, with only one copy of the grey gene. She reminds me of a feminine version of her maternal grandsire Coraje BPF (there is youtube video out there of him). Her sire, Matador, is a proven producer of athletic top dressage prospects. She is her mother's first foal, and we couldn't be more proud. Everyone loves Athena and Poppy has inherited that trait from her mother as well.
