This is a special opportunity for someone wanting to enjoy quality time with an absolute sweet prince of a horse while learning classical dressage. Emmitt is an 11 year old 15’3 paint who takes up the leg. He is a willing and kind partner with a good head on his shoulders and a fairy tale mane and tail just asking for braiding.

Emmitt is located at Thompson Serenity Farms in Ferndale, WA, a quick drive off of the first Ferndale 1-5 exit. TSF is a classical dressage and hoof rehabilitation facility run by trainer Meike Horrer-Thompson. Meike has been educated by Manuel Jorge de Oliviera of Oliviera Stables in Germany and is an excellent, encouraging, and kind trainer. The barn’s amenities include indoor and outdoor arenas, a round pen, and seasonal trails.

LEASE TERMS:
- Riding up to 1-3 x a week at a beautiful facility with indoor and outdoor arena
- 1 lesson a week to be paid separately to the trainer
- All tack and equipment provided

Thompson Serenity Farms is a boutique boarding and training facility that emphasizes the health and happiness of the horse. Horses are turned out daily in a herd on an all-season track system. Continuous access to forage, friends, and freedom are baked into the barn’s philosophy. Located 15 minutes from Sunset Farm Park, there will be potential opportunities for off-facility field trips as well.
