A cross of some of the best of both worlds. Supreme Champion lines on Fell side (Maternal Grandsire, Lunesdale Warlord, still competitive in the UK. ), and old school Foundation Quarter Horse lines on the other side(King just off the papers of this foal's sire).
The Fell pony is a versatile working draft breed of mountain and moorland pony originating on the fells (hills and mountains) of northern England, specifically in the Cumbrian region and surrounding areas. They are a native breed to the region and have lived there for centuries. The name "Fell" comes from the Norse word "fjall," meaning mountain, reflecting their origin in these upland areas.
