Apple is a gorgeous 14 year old, 13.2 hand pony mare with leopard spotting and sweetness galore. She LOVES attention, is trained to smile on command, and has top-notch ground manners.
She is easy to lead, groom, pick up her feet, for the farrier, etc. She is up to date on all shots, worming, teeth, and feet. She has front shoes only.
She is great in the round pen - soft, responsive, and a pretty mover. She's easy to tack up. She can be ridden by very small (lightweight kids here!) under 65 lb riders. However, we believe she is an amazing cart prospect. She's been started on long lining, and will drag whatever she's asked to drag.
Apple thrives on human interaction, and will greet you in the field or in the barn. She could also make a lovely broodmare -- we have often wondered what a cute Apple baby would look like!
Apple has uveitis, consistent with her age and breed, but it is well controlled and has even improved. She is extremely easy to give eye meds to-- even our 10 year old can give it with no difficulties. Contact us for pics or videos.
