This adorable 8 yr old 14.2 hand AQHA buckskin gelding is a barn favorite and a blast to ride! He has been shown previously in AQHA and VRH and in the American Ranch Horse Association in ranch cutting, ranch reining, boxing and ranch cow work. He can run one down the fence, this guy is quick and will not let one get past him. He has also been used to gather and sort on a large ranch and can be pasture roped on and also roped out of the box. He is small but he is gritty with a lot of try in whatever you ask of him. He is great over obstacles, bridges, logs etc. He goes down the trail, can pony colts off him and he has even been to the beach!

He has an incredibly sweet personality, this is a “meet you at the gate with a smile and a nicker” type horse. Always game for whatever you want to throw at him. He truly enjoys people, has excellent ground manners. Easy to do all the things, clip, bathe, groom, stands for the farrier. He has been hauled around a lot, stands tied forever. This gelding is at the perfect age where the baby stuff is done but he has years left in him.

In one video you will see two youth riders on him, the first rider is 13yrs old (5’9”) and the second rider is 11 yrs old (5’4”). Both have only ridden him a handful of times before filming. Pumba would be great for a youth/teen rider wanting to better their skills in a variety of different disciplines, he has easy cues and is light and responsive, but will wait to be asked. That being said he is quick footed on cattle and therefore not for a beginner.
