Bugsy is ready for his new home! He's a chill pony that will do pretty much anything that you ask of him. This little guy LOVES driving. We've had complete beginners drive him all over the farm in a halter. He is traffic safe. Bug is very easy to harness and hook-up to the cart. His ears are perked the entire time he is driving. I've been using him in my lesson program this summer. He is quiet for the kids. The more experienced kids will lope him around but he'll stay in the walk or trot for the less confident kids. Bug lived with one of my lesson families for the summer. He was getting rode and handled by an 8 year old girl consistently. Bug will do his best to keep up with the big horses on trail rides. He'll ride out by himself as well. He is home for the winter. We have been driving him around the roads. My neighbor gal has been playing around with an English saddle and popping him over small crossrails. He's just patiently waiting for his own kid or for lessons to start back up in the spring! Bug ties great and will load into the trailer with no problems. He went to Hartwick Fun Days to be part of a pony petting zoo. Bug was great with the crowds and noise. Bug is excellent for the farrier and vet. He is up-to-date on dental, dewormer, farrier, vaccines, and coggins. Our vet did a basic lameness exam at his coggins and vaccines appointment, he saw nothing of concern! More than happy to share the report but PPEs are always welcome.
